The following basic checklist should help you with your packing for any of our trips. Please remember that you should always try to keep the weight of your clothing equipment down to a minimum. Please remember this is just a checklist and you do not necessarily need to bring everything that is listed below. Cancellation Policy – Cancellation by You For your convenience, pre-payment is not required for reserving our tours. We run our tours based on mutual trust and commitment. Therefore, your respect is highly appreciated and it is hoped that you will not cancel the booking once it is confirmed. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you really have to cancel the booking, please do let us know as soon as possible by all means. – Cancellations Due To Bad Weather In the case of unsuitable weather conditions, you will be contacted prior to the tour, in general, no later than 3 hours prior the tour. We will reach you by email, phone calls and WhatsApp. The final decision whether or not to go ahead with the scheduled tour remains at our sole discretion. In the event of any cancellation by us, you will not need to pay. Tours will be automatically cancelled in the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 and 10, a Red and Black Rainstorm signal.

If you transfer from one tour to another: 30 or more days prior to the trip start date, there will be a HKD$100 processing fee. Less than 30 days prior to the trip start date, regular cancellation and refund policies will apply.

Payment All the payment is made at the end of the tour by cash. We accept both Hong Kong Dollar and US Dollar. For your reference, we adopt a constant exchange rate of 1 USD to 7.8 HKD. Please note that all the tours, either we quote to you in your customized itinerary or listed in the web page, are all priced in US Dollar. Tipping is welcome at your own discretion.
