Legend has it that Tin Has has the supernatural power to predict weather since she was a child and ofter saves lives when shipwreck happens, so the villagers along the coasts all set up temples to worship her. The Time-honoured Tin Hau Temple in High Island has " Three treasures" , of which the ancient clock remoulded in the 6th year (1741) of Qianlong's region is the most precious.
