    Ten Thousand Buddhas Temple

    From Shatin MTR Station. The monastery, better known as the ten thousand Buddhas Temple, was founded in 1957 by the monk, Yuet Kai. After his died in 1965 at the age of 87 - it is said he predicted the date of his death - his body did not decompose. His corpse, now covered in gold leaf , is on display here.     Amah Rock (Chinese: 望夫石,Mong Fu Shek, lit. "the stone gazing out for her husband") is a naturally shaped rocklocated on a hilltop in southwest Sha Tin District, Hong Kong.     Eagle's Nest (Chinese: 鷹巢山), also known indigenously as Tsim Shan (尖山), is a hill north of Cheung Sha Wan of Hong Kong.     Ma On Shan (Chinese: 馬鞍山) is a saddle-shaped peak in east of Tolo Harbour in the New Territories of Hong Kong.
